• Required Puja Items (if any): Depending on the puja, we will provide a list of basic items like flowers, incense, and diya.
• Dress Code (Optional but Recommended): Wearing traditional attire (like dhoti/saree) enhances the spiritual experience.
• Positive Intentions & Devotion: Join with faith, focus, and an open heart to receive divine grace.
• Punctuality: Log in 5 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid any disturbance.
   

1. Puja Setup & Kalasham Items 

✔ Kalasham (Sacred Pot) – Copper, silver, or brass pot filled with water. 

✔ Coconut – Minimum 7 is required  - to  Place on top of the Kalasham and to offer to god after every story 

✔ Mango Leaves –  to decorate the Kalasham and Mandapam 

✔ Turmeric & Kumkum (Vermillion) – For applying on the Kalasham and deities. 

✔ Raw Rice & Betel Leaves – Used for rituals. 1-2 kg rice and 45 beetel leaves including tambulam

✔ Betel Nuts & Coins – 40-45 nuts and 20 coins required

✔ Yellow or Sacred Thread – To be tied on the wrist during the puja. 

2. Lord Satyanarayana Idol or Picture 

✔ Idol or Photo of Lord Satyanarayana (Lord Vishnu) – Placed at the center of the altar. 

✔ Flowers & Garlands – Fresh flowers like lotus, jasmine, and marigold for decoration.

✔ New Cloth (Preferably Yellow or Red) – 2 no.s - To cover the Coconut on Kalasaham and to arrange rice and betel leaves for navagraha puja 

✔ Sandalwood Paste – Applied on the idol. 

3. Puja Samagri (Worship Materials) 

✔ Panchamritam – Mixture of milk, curd, honey, sugar, and ghee for Abhishekam. 

✔ Deepam (Oil Lamps) – Traditional ghee lamps for lighting. 

✔ Camphor & Incense Sticks – For purification and fragrance.

 ✔ Agarbatti (Dhoop sticks) – Used during the puja. 

✔ Mirror – Sometimes placed behind the idol to reflect the deity. 

✔ Dakshina (Money Offering) – Offered to the priest.

✔ Tulsi Leaves – Considered sacred for Lord Vishnu’s puja.

4. Prasadam (Naivedyam) Offerings 

✔ Sooji Halwa (Sheera/Kesari) – A special prasad made of sooji, sugar, ghee, and nuts. 

✔ Bananas & Other Fruits – For offering to the deity. 

✔ Dry Fruits & Nuts – Included in prasad. 

✔ Milk & Jaggery – For prasad preparation. 

✔ Coconut – Broken and offered to the deity.
 

5. Other Essential Items 

✔ Puja Bell – Used during Aarti.

 ✔ Aarti Thali (Plate) – For waving camphor. 

✔ Small Stools (Peeta) – To place the deity and Kalasham. 

✔ Sacred Books – To read the Satyanarayana Vratham Katha.

6. Items for Guests & Tamboolam Offering 

✔ Blouse Pieces, Bangles, Flowers & Turmeric Sticks – Given to married women (Sumangalis). 

✔ Betel Leaves, Betel Nuts & Fruits – Offered as part of Tamboolam. 

✔ Dakshina (Cash Offering) – Given to the priest.
