• Required Puja Items (if any): Depending on the puja, we will provide a list of basic items like flowers, incense, and diya.
• Dress Code (Optional but Recommended): Wearing traditional attire (like dhoti/saree) enhances the spiritual experience.
• Positive Intentions & Devotion: Join with faith, focus, and an open heart to receive divine grace.
• Punctuality: Log in 5 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid any disturbance.

1. Setup & Decoration Items

✔ A Clean Altar/Table – Covered with a new cloth and place God's photo.

✔ Mango Leaves & Banana Leaves – For decoration.

✔ Flowers & Garlands – For puja and baby’s blessings.

✔ New Clothes for the Baby – Traditional attire for the ceremony.

2. Puja Samagri (Worship Materials)

✔ Idol or Picture of Annapurna Devi, or Family Deity – For worship.

✔ Turmeric & Kumkum (Vermillion)—For applying to the baby and deities.

✔ Sandalwood Paste (Chandan) – Used in rituals.

✔ Akshata (unbroken rice mixed with turmeric) – offered during prayers.

✔ Betel Leaves & Betel Nuts – As part of the offerings.

✔ Coconut – Used in the ritual and later given as prasad.

✔ Incense Sticks (Agarbatti) & Camphor – For fragrance and aarti.

✔ Deepam (Oil Lamps) – For lighting during puja.

✔ Sacred Thread (Mouli)—Tied to the baby and family members.

✔ Holy Water (Gangajal) – For purification.

✔ Janma Kundali (Horoscope, if available)—To determine the auspicious time for feeding.

3. Annaprasana Special Items

✔ First Solid Food (Sweet Rice/Payasam/Kheer) – Traditionally the first meal for the baby.

✔ Silver or Gold Spoon & Plate/Bowl – Used for feeding the baby.

✔ Fruits (Bananas, Apples, Pomegranates, etc.) – As offerings.

✔ Panchamrit (Milk, Curd, Honey, Ghee, and Sugar) – For the puja.

✔ Ghee & Cooked Rice – Used in prayers and feeding.

4. Special Ritual Items

✔ Kalash (Sacred Pot) with Water, Mango Leaves & Coconut – To invoke divine energy.
✔ Books, Pen, and Coins – Placed near the baby to symbolize wisdom and prosperity.
✔ Sacred Books (Vedas, Bhagavad Gita) – Kept near the baby for blessings.
